Bounce protection normally kicks in after the damage: a sequence has to send a batch and cross a bounce threshold before anything pauses. List Health looks at your mailable list first and shows which addresses are likely to bounce, graded against your own send history (Pro plan). 1. In the sidebar under Outreach, click List Health. 2. The three cards at the top show how many contacts a send would actually reach, how many are flagged for review, and your own overall bounce rate so far. 3. Nothing sends until you approve it: resumed steps still land in the Outbox as held if the sequence requires approval.

Every email held for your approval is checked against your send rules first, so "approved" always means "actually sent": nothing is silently dropped. 1. In the sidebar under Outreach, click Outbox. A message that would fail your send rules carries a red badge and a "Will not send" line naming the reason: a Re:/Fwd: subject on a cold email, an unresolved {{merge token}}, a recipient outside your allowed region, or an unsubscribed or hard-bounced address. 3. If something blocks every message at once (most often no postal address configured), you get one red banner at the top instead of the same badge on every row. Click Open Send Rules to fix it. 4.
