Feature
Pulse Web Analytics
Privacy-first site analytics built into your CRM — the class of tool you'd otherwise run as a separate subscription. Cookieless tracking, realtime visitors, conversion Goals, and search & AI crawler visibility. And because it lives inside your CRM, it does the one thing a standalone analytics tool never can: see the visit before it becomes a lead.
Traffic trend chart
Pageviews, unique visitors, and sessions over any window (7, 30, or 90 days), with durable daily rollups, so history stays fast and never decays.
Engagement metrics
Average time on page and bounce rate per site, so you know whether visitors read or ricochet, not just that they arrived.
Realtime "online now"
A live count of visitors on your site right now, plus the pages they're on, refreshed every 30 seconds.
Hot-lead visitor alerts
Get pinged the moment a known contact lands on a high-intent page (pricing, demo, checkout) so you can reach out while they're still reading. The alert emails the contact's owner (or your org owner) and deep-links straight to the contact; one email per contact per day, and a one-click opt-out in Account. First-party intent from your own site, no data broker.
Goals (conversion tracking)
Define a conversion as a path visit (like /thanks) or a custom event, and get completions and conversion rate for any date window.
Search & AI crawler visibility
A dedicated panel of bot traffic: how often Googlebot, Bingbot, and the AI crawlers (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot…) hit your site, kept out of your human numbers.
Top pages, sources & UTMs
Top pages, referrer sources, UTM campaigns, countries, devices, and browsers, every list scoped to the window you're looking at.
Exclude internal traffic
List your own IPs per site and your team's visits are dropped at ingest, so your numbers stay honest.
One-line install
Paste a single async script tag before </head>. Track as many sites as you want, on every plan, including free.
From anonymous visit to contact timeline
When a contact clicks a tracked email or submits one of your forms, later visits to your site resolve to that contact, and land as page_view events on their timeline, right next to the emails, deals, and payments. Your Today view surfaces who's on your site from your actual pipeline, and the Live feed shows known contacts browsing right now. Standalone analytics tells you "someone read the pricing page twice this week"; Pulse tells you who, and their lead score is already in front of you.
Private by construction
- No cookies, no localStorage, no third-party requests. The tracker is served first-party from your CRM.
- Visitors are counted with salted hashes that rotate daily; raw IP addresses are never stored.
- Honors a visitor opt-out flag (pulse-do-not-track), and bot traffic is kept out of human counts.
- Identified visits only happen for people who already engaged with you by clicking your tracked email or submitting your form. No data brokers, ever.
Included free on every plan
Pulse isn't an upsell: every plan, including the free Starter tier, gets unlimited tracked sites with the full feature set: trends, realtime, Goals, crawler visibility, and the contact-timeline bridge.
