Each deal stage carries an industry-standard probability weight — open (10%), qualified (25%), proposal (50%), negotiation (75%), won (100%) — so your pipeline number reflects realistic close likelihood. The forecast widget on the dashboard shows your weighted total, your raw pipeline, and a per-stage breakdown at a glance. Available on Pro and Business.
Stale Deal Alerts
Open deals quietly rot. The dashboard now flags every deal in an open stage with no edit in the last 14 days, bucketed into 14–21, 21–45, and 45+ days so you know what to triage first. Available on Pro and Business; configurable threshold via the API.
Slipping-Deal Alerts
Staleness measures activity; slippage measures the date you forecast against. Every deal carries a committed close date — now the CRM finally reads it back. The dashboard surfaces every open deal that's past its expected close date, ranked by how late, with the total dollars at risk, plus a count of deals closing this week. On the kanban, each card shows its close date with a red "N days late" pill on overdue deals and a muted "due in Nd" pill on deals closing within 7 days — so a slipping deal can't hide behind a rep who edits it every day. Pipeline Funnel Analytics
See where deals fall off. The pipeline funnel page rolls every deal forward through Open → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Won and shows the per-stage conversion percentage plus the single weakest stage — the place worth coaching this week.
