Relationship Summary
On every contact page, one click reads the full timeline — every email open, form submission, note, task, deal, and payment — and gives you a 30-second briefing.
Returns: a 2-3 sentence summary, 2-4 key signals, and 2-4 suggested next actions with urgency. Each suggestion has a one-click "Create task" button.
Email Drafting
Embedded in the campaign and sequence composer. Pick an intent (follow-up, re-engage, introduction…), a tone (casual, professional, warm), optionally pass key points, and we draft a personalized subject and body.
Returns: a subject line and email body you can review, edit, and send. Pass a contact_id and the draft is personalized against that contact's history.
Suggested Next Actions
On your dashboard, we read your top 50 active contacts plus their open tasks and rank the five highest-leverage moves — skipping anything you've already queued.
Returns: five contact + action + reason + urgency rows. Click through to the contact in one tap. Refreshes on demand; cached server-side for 15 minutes.

Your data, your context
We only see the data on your own contacts. We never train on your data and never send it to a third party other than Anthropic for the call itself.
You stay in the loop
We suggest; you approve. Every draft is a draft. Every suggested action becomes a task only when you click. We never send mail or change records without you.
Transparent AI usage
Every summary, draft, and daily pick is metered against your plan — Pro includes 200K tokens per month, Business 1M — with a live usage meter in your account. We hard-cap at your budget, so there are no surprise bills.
No invented facts
The model is instructed never to claim facts that aren't in your CRM. If a signal isn't there, the summary won't claim it is.
