Triggers

Welcome new leads and thank new customers — automatically. You can even open a deal automatically when a lead fills out a form or a payment lands — the deal name supports merge tokens, so it lands in your pipeline already personalized and ready to move. Deal moves work the same way — auto-create an onboarding task when you win, or POST to your billing system on stage change. Filter on the exact transition so the right rule fires at the right moment.
