Feature
Workflow Automations
Trigger-based workflows with no code. Pick an event, optionally filter it, and chain any of the actions below. Every fire is logged on the contact timeline and visible in a per-rule run history, including why a step was skipped.
Triggers
Welcome new leads and thank new customers — automatically. The moment a contact is added, tag them new-lead and send a welcome email; the moment a payment lands, set their lifecycle to customer or ping Slack via webhook. You can even open a deal automatically when a lead fills out a form or a payment lands — the deal name supports merge tokens, so it lands in your pipeline already personalized and ready to move. Deal moves work the same way — auto-create an onboarding task when you win, or POST to your billing system on stage change. Filter on the exact transition so the right rule fires at the right moment. Routing leads to a rep is built in too: the moment a lead lands, an automation can assign the owner and create their timed follow-up task in a single rule — so a new lead is never sitting unassigned. And ownership is visible everywhere it matters: filter the contacts list by owner (or “unassigned”), see an owner column at a glance, reassign in bulk, and set the owner right from the contact page — so routed leads are easy to work, not just routed. And when you have a whole team to route to, round-robin assign distributes new leads evenly across your reps — each new contact goes to the next person in the rotation, so no one gets buried and no lead sits waiting on one overloaded owner. And your two flagship Pro features finally connect: an automation can enroll a contact into a drip sequence automatically — when a lead submits a form or a payment lands, kick off the right nurture sequence with no manual step. Best of all, automations now fire on time, not just on actions: a daily sweep catches contacts who go cold — no activity for N days — and deals that stall in a stage for too long, so your most common nurture rule (“re-engage anyone we haven’t heard from in 30 days”) finally runs itself. It fires once per cold spell and re-arms the moment they come back.
