Global Search

Finding "that account we talked to in March" should not start with guessing which page owns the record. Press ⌘K anywhere in the CRM — Ctrl K on Windows and Linux — and search every record type at once. Results are grouped by type, ranked by how well they match, and selecting one takes you straight to the record.

Searches across…

  • Contacts — by name or email
  • Accounts — by company name
  • Deals — by deal name, with stage and value on the result
  • Tasks — by title, with status and due date
  • Notes — by body text, showing the line your term appears in
  • Campaigns — by name or subject line
  • Sequences — by name

Built for the keyboard

Arrow keys move through the results, Enter opens the highlighted one, and Escape closes the palette and puts focus back exactly where it was. Typing / opens it too, as long as you are not already typing into a field. Your recent picks are listed before you type anything, so the common case is two keystrokes.

Search is read-only and scoped to your own organisation. It never changes a record, and it only ever looks at data belonging to your account.
