Log Calls & Meetings

A relationship-first CRM should always be able to answer one question: when did we last talk to them, and how did it go? Log every call and meeting as a first-class activity — right on the contact timeline, in chronological order, next to the emails, payments, and deals.

  • Direction — inbound or outbound

  • A free-text note of what was discussed

One-click follow-up task

The natural next step after a call is the next step. Tick "create a follow-up task" while you log, and it lands on the Tasks tab and your daily reminder digest — no context switch. Logged activities also get their own filter on the timeline, so you can see just the calls and meetings. Included free on every plan.
